Was seen back in May for general cleaning. They were made aware of my insurance said they take my insurance but never ran my bill though my insurance according to statement I got. Filled out paperwork to have my wife be able to receive information on my account and that apparently didn't get entered right either. Then their system keeps trying to schedule appointments for me. Will probably not return here.

Excellent, fast service. Friendly staff. Convenient appointment times. Only thing I’m not pleased with is cost of treatment plan but that’s partly my fault for not taking better care of my dental health. Will be continuing my dental care with Aspen.

After missing a planned cleaning at another dental office in Fort Dodge due to work travel, Aspen Dental was able to get me in, and schedule a cavity filling within two weeks of my initial appointment. Very impressed so far, and very friendly staff!

My wife has drove there multiple times for scheduled appointments to find the door locked and no dentist there. Maybe a courtesy call would be nice!

Aspen dental schedule me for a Monday appointment and went there and they were closed so I rescheduled for the following Monday for 8 am got there at 750 am and sat there a hour and they said I wouldn't be seen for at least 30 more minutes so I waited 1hour and a half and still nothing I has to miss work for this and still didn't get seen I'm disappointed

My 16 year old daughter had a tooth crack and was in pain. Made an appointment online at 2 am was able to get in right away in the morning! The dentist was great! Very patient and talked to my daughter instead of just ripping out her tooth! Miss Teryn was amazing with keeping her calm and explaining what was going to happen with everything! Will definitely be coming back!

I called to get an get seen for an emergency dental situation. Informed the desk i was going to use Iowa total care she told me to come on down. Drove 45 miles to be told they don’t take Iowa total care

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!$10,000 for getting most of my teeth ripped out and was told it would not be more than that. They miscounted how many teeth so the 1st set was missing 1 tooth!...they refused to redo them and wanted to charge me 900 more dollars for the second set that was supposed to be included!! On top of that my second set they screwed up on and they have never fit right!! TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR PAIN AND DISCOMFORT WHILE EATING, AND SOCIALIZING ISNT SO FUN WHEN YOUR HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR TEETH FLYING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!!
