“Hands down best service from a body shop! Melissa and the entire crew gets a shout out! They coordinated with Fords service department where my truck was being repaired with the awesome warranty I purchased.
They took it from Ford”in the same complex”, and completed the hail damage I had in record time, knowing that I needed the truck for a work trip coming up. Above and beyond , I was planning on cleaning out the inside before I left, but to my surprise, they did it for me as well as an exterior wash.

“I no longer have a shop to work on my own vehicles so I have to rely on a local shop. I've tried several and Farrell's is the best. The shop is super clean, well organized and set up well. All of the of mechanics are awesome! They all bring in a different skill-set from previous employers. Mr. Farrell is a very professional, great mechanic and personable man with his clients - he always calls to let your know you what your vehicles' issues is. If you do have vehicle issues - He will tell you if you're on the fence to continue to spend more money or to fix an issue. Again I would highly recommend Farrells - they have a waiting list cuz they are that good!”

“I can't say enough good things about Daman at DP Customs. During my new LB7 engine build Daman was there to help put together a build sheet for all my fuel lines as well as my EFI Live. Even though I am on the west coast Daman always answered my questions no matter what time it was on his end. Note: I tried to make sure it wasn't to late. lol. Fast forward to firing up the new engine, It was probably 11:00pm Daman's time and he walked me through the EFI live stuff as well as trouble shooting why the engine wouldn't start and the next thing I knew Daman texted and said now it will start since we went through everything. Low and behold the truck fired right up!!!! Again Daman has the best customer service that I have seen and dealt with!!! Thanks again Daman for making this process painless!!!”

“I have a 2004 Chrysler town and county and I didn't know what was wrong with it. My friend came over to help me and couldn't figure it out. I called benton auto and he told me that he couldn't get me in till next week. I was really upset and he asked if I could bring it now and I said yes. I got there and he looked at it with the scanner and within a half hour he knew what was wrong and had it fixed in a half hour. I am so appreciative for him. He was friendly and very helpful in letting me know everything he was doing. His worker was very friendly also. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank God for kind and understanding people.”

“What a wonderful owner and company. I had an issue with my vehicle a few weekends ago on a Saturday. They were closed but I was able to get ahold of the owner Kevin. He came in on his day off and helped us with a simple issue. After getting me going I offered to pay him and he wouldn’t take any money for it being such a small issue in his eyes. Unfortunately the work needed was more than they were comfortable working on and we’re not able to fix the issue. But Al’s was awesome and gave me a number that could and didn’t charge me for anything! Will for sure go back when needed! Also professional and easy to work with I would recommend them!!”
