  They were kind and understanding when it came to moving things from my recently deceased Mother's home.

  I originally had a U-Haul reserved to pickup in Ames, and was notified late by U-Haul I would have to drive an hour to Cardinal Self Storage for the truck. However, Kenny was very understanding, and totally turned around our U-Haul experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for moving trucks. Thanks Kenny!
