They don't trim your cuticles or scrub the bottom of your feet with the purple thing they just use the purple buffer on your nail real quick and they don't speak English or communicate and when you talk to the owner she immediately sides with her workers and could care less when you try to have a decent conversation or even offer to fix the situation. I will never do business with them again and I wasted $40 and I am extremely disappointed I am from Las Vegas Nevada where pedicures are half the price and you get double the quality which makes you want to tip the person $100 just because they did such an amazing job and made you feel like such a woman! This place was horrible today and I will never be coming back! I walked in like this and walked out with shorter nails and a bunch of dead skin around my cuticles

Nail broke within a couple days and I went and got them fixed and then the other one’s broke a day later I literally haven’t even had the nails for two weeks. Very disappointed. I get my nails done a lot and they last for months with maybe one breaking. literally ran my hand through my hair to tuck it behind my ear and my thumb nail broke And that’s one of the hardest nails to break.Service: Acrylic nails

It was a holiday, and the lady was do attentive, although she had a line of people waiting. The service I received was some of the best I've gotten in a long time. I will definitely be returning

The ladies were nice but like most or all salons, they start talking their language. Mostly I have them two stars because they didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure.. they just charged me for the highest pedicure and with gel nails when I didn’t ask for gel. The lady cut me 3 times and it still hurts today which is the day after. Lastly the nail polish is ok but not good and it doesn’t even go to my cuticles. Will never go there again and I was being nice by giving them 2 stars

Experience was good but super very overpriced! They charge me $105 for manicure and pedicure! They never discussed prices they just sit you down and they make you get all kinds of services amd at the end they charge you way more ! And you have no choice but to pay!Services: Pedicure

He was nice, did good job. I don't like that they use the same nail files on everybody and that they could just change their prices whenever they want. I was $60 , Lady next to me with the same thing was 70. ridiculous.

I got charged SEVENTY DOLLARS for what should've been at most $55 according to the price board. the quality isn't even worth $40 the only thing I like about them is the color. the staff is nice but I'm not impressed with my nails at all.

Let me start of by saying that this could have been a very bad review but the way the manager handled the situation turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one! I got my nails done by one of the ladies there. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she seemed hesitant but she went to work. I could tell that it was a little hard for her but she was patient and I appreciated that. The design turned out to be just what I asked for so I was happy with that but when washing my hands I noticed some of the nails needed some shaping and I tried telling her a few times but I could tell she wasn't understanding me so I left it at that because I could tell there was a language barrier and everyone else was busy and I could just try shaping them at home. So I paid and left but on my way out I noticed some other things that made me unhappy and it took everything in me to go back because I am very shy and I usually don't like to complain but I had had a hard day and I paid for the services and felt I needed to speak up so it could be addressed and if possible fixed. When I got there I noticed one of the young ladies who works there that I know speaks the most English was leaving and I felt bad for stopping her but felt like I had to just to make sure i would be understood . Turns out she was the manager and as soon as I explained the situation she quickly came back inside with me and started working on my nails again! What I loved about the experience was that she didn't make excuses, she acknowledged that there was a language barrier and that the technique was hard. She apologized and offered to do the same design on my nails using a different technique but I told her it was fine just to do a pearly white and we could call it a day and they could give me the difference back because I truly was exhausted and in pain. She was happy to do it and honestly it was beautiful and just what I wanted. Not only that i asked her to do me a favor and tell the prior lady that I was sorry and that I knew it wasn't her fault, that I knew that she just couldn't understand what I was telling her but that I would also appreciate it that if there is something that can't be done or someone feels like they can't do it, for them to tell me so I could avoid having a bad experience. I was pleasantly surprised when she called her over and told her all of this right in front of me. This turned what could have been a very bad experience that kept me from coming back into a very good one that left a lasting impression of true leadership and accountability! I will definitely keep coming back!.Service: Acrylic nails
