    Had the same Homeowners policy for YEARS. Through John. Yet, when I have a question you can NOT get ahold of him! Rings busy all the time. No option to leave a message for a return call. For being in the Service industry. This is the worst I've ever seen! I can certainly understand why his license was revoked in 2016!
