The last two packages I've had delivered to my house have been left in places that exposed them to the elements. The first time around I got home the envelope was just wet but the contents were still okay. Yesterday they jammed one behind some shovels and I didn't find it until the next afternoon so it had been sitting in the rain and dirt all night. Someone had sliced the front open and pulled out the shipping information so the paper is completely destroyed and contents were soaked since it was stuffed down and left open like a baked potato. I just called customer service and the automatic system told me exactly when my package was delivered but when I talked to the actual customer service representative she told me that there was absolutely no way to look up my package information at all or even make a note in the system next to my address to put envelopes in the mailbox like a normal person would. She told me she is not a computer and is there for useless without a tracking number even though their system clearly had my information and pulled it up off of my phone number. Most people know this is not true. Apparently people are supposed to be mind readers and already know tracking information for packages they didn't even know were coming. Now I'm going to have to go see if I can figure out who sent it and get it resent. Don't bother with this place.

Lack of customer service and follow through has ended my 30 year relationship with them, both business and personal. Their automated system is nothing but a block to avoid calls for updates. They have chosen a robot to handle customers concerns and requests and they are losing customers.

Absolutely horrible. If I can ship through ups or usps I would. They lose your stuff, deliver it to the wrong house or just don’t show up for a week.

Avoid using FedEx in this area at all cost , almost every package has a issue , drivers don’t care at all , always issues every single time , horrible customer service and very rude employees

Package sat at site over the weekend after saying it would be delivered by end of day on Friday. Monday it got marked as delivered at door, but was not. Recipient was home and outside all day and no one showed up. Called customer service and just got the ridiculous answer that they may have marked it delivered just because. There is no number I can find to actually connect to the Fort Dodge facility. ETA: Package was at the neighbor's 1/4 mile away. It was safe, at least.

It's very difficult to get a live person in customer service and when you do, they don't speak good English! The drivers seldom read the online instructions for placement of packages and they are usually in rough shape!

I had a package that was supposed to come to me delivered to the wrong address I called in and was never contacted by my local office or driver. The person who received my package called me and said that FedEx had called her and told her she needed to leave it outside in a major snow storm for them to pick up which they never did she pulled it back in so it would not get damaged. Just received another shipment package was very well padded but contents were damaged wish these vendors would use somebody else for shipping.

I had plans today but fedex texted me and said I had to sign for my package that would arrive today. So I waited for it all day. I kept thinking it would show up. I called fedex multiple times and they said it would be here by the end of the day. So i continued to wait and canceled my plans. It never showed. So I sat around waiting all day for no reason. This has happened to me multiple times. They couldn’t give me a window or a time when it would arrive so I’m not just waiting for it all day. And it never showed anyways.

Had a delivery 10/22/21 driver was talking on his phone as usual. He didn't even notice I was sitting on porch and he opened the door threw package and walked away. I sat on hold for over an hour trying to complain about this to a live person but since I haven't got 2 hours to sit around I'm leaven it here. It's not the 1st time this driver has tossed package(s) or been to biz on his cell to care. So disappointing. Thankfully my item was not broken

I had an order time stamped for the end of the day today mind you today is July 23 of 2021 the day that I’m supposed to be gettin my package and I haven’t had any update on it since it had hit osseo minnasota after it was in maple something after 20 mins! I’m a busy man I don’t like having things late

Delivered to the wrong address and someone afew blocks away got it. The person who got my package ended up bringing it to my house.
