Went in today 9/15/25 with a 1 min wait per my check in online as they state you need, I was number 3 in line. Older lady checked me in and young very tattooed hairdresser came to the front and called a lady up to her chair that was number 5 in line…..so of course EVERYONES wait time got pushed back mine was pushed back to 30 mins.
What’s the point of having to check in online if hairstylists are just gonna jump around on the list?

Can never get in with online check in cause it takes 5 to 10 minutes for this store to get turned on so for that reason I will go elsewhere not that it matters to this store.

3rd time trying to get a haircut this week… first time i walked in and there was two stylists, a customer in a chair and an empty waiting room to be told I couldn’t be helped…. Second time i waited on the list for over an hour before my name disappeared off the queue and i tried to talk with someone about it just to be ignored. This LAST time, i only waited 58 minuets and i was next… before someone that wasn’t on the list walked in and got bumped up to next in line. Then i waited another 30 minuets. Worst service ever. Will NEVER return!(:

Normally this is my go to place and most of the ladies are very nice. Today I went in and I couldn’t check in online and the lady told me that they might not be able to get me in. The same lady then proceeds to clean her station as slow as she possibly can to avoid working.

One assistant manager is always talking bad about other people and home life big tall older lady with glasses makes it a uncomfortable space for clients and workers

I got my hair cut here today, the lady was nice but, I told her I just wanted my bangs to be trimmed. she asked if I wanted my ends trimmed so I said sure. but that I didn't want to lose length, just a small trim. the first two photos are the before, last two the after. I grew my hair for about 6 years and she probably chopped about 2 years of growth if not more. I’m devastated about this hair cut and I wouldn’t even chance getting your hair cut here if you care about the results.

My hair looks like a cabbage
The hair cutter, was rude and just clipped away. I had to tell her to stop and had to show her how to cut my hair around my ears..I got home and cried, it looks awful. I think great clips need to look into some of these women. Her name was Shanda. Don't go to her

Always Dona great job. I have super short hair so I am really picky. Hair stylist are really nice and actually listen to what you are wanting and even will ask for a picture example if needed. So far 3 visits and they have been great. Gets busy quick so check in early.

*Edited to add that I DID get a refund, however, I didn’t get a full refund. They kept the tip on the credit card.
I sent my husband in with my daughter to get her hair cut. They told the “stylist” to cut 4 inches and add layers. When I saw her hair I was less than impressed. It was so uneven. I didn’t see any layers. Livid. I found a local salon to take her to to fix the hack job they did on my kid. Her bangs were about an inch and a half longer than the other side. The rest of her hair was completely uneven and no layers. I called to complain and they reluctantly gave me a refund. I will not be returning. Apparently it’s a common thing for small salons to have to fix Great Clips mistakes. I’m not sure how they’re still in business.

Got a lady named Shanda I think was very rude and obviously wasn't paying attention to what I wanted. Got the worst haircut I've had in 68 years and she did in about 5 minutes
