The workers are always so polite even when helping rude customers. They’re always helping me find the item that Im looking for. The cashiers are so kind and sweet their, these 3 wonderful cashiers that always see usually at the registers that always put a smile on my face every time I walk in and when I’m about to check out, they always tell me to have a wonderful day with the biggest smile on there face. Fort Dodge Marshall’s is my favorite place to shop at they have amazing deals and a wonderful staff. I always feel so welcomed every time I go to this marshalls.

It was OK, not something I would get too excited about. Although the concept of the layout was probably well thought out, it wasn't exactly executed well. It was all a little bit confusing and disorganized with regard to the clothing and shoes. The home items were a little less crazy chaos to figure out but could be arranged for more efficiency and better shopper appeal.

I been in Marshalls a few times. The last time I was there I got an umbrella that was 30$, I got the umbrella for 15$.
Today the donut truck is here next to Buckle

The young spanish little cashier likes to make fun of people and makes faces to make people question what they are requesting! I asked her to bag all big items in big bags bc she wanted me to carry them without a bag and she goes, all of them? I answered yes please! Then she makes a face as if the customer is crazy for asking about it but worse, roll her eyes in front of you!
Watch her, she is very smooth in gaslighting and thinks that she is funny and at the end she says loud, have a good day with a mock in her face! And s tone as please never come back!
I read most of reviews and I found one person from a year ago Darcy and I bet you it was the same cashier that bullied her!
It seems that she has her managers around their fingers bc she does it all the time and doesn’t get caught!
My 3rd time that I had to go to her and most likely my last!
I’m quiet and seems she knows that!
so going to Marshalls at Fort Dodge is no longer a nice place to visit! She should show respect to older people! Or anyone!

Store was clean. Prices are a bit on the high side but it was refreshing to see item you don't find in Walmart. Men's cologne selection was impressive. The scents were actually good.

I love this store . That is why I say no to the credit card offer from the girls. I would go for everything I think I need. It's the first place I check when looking for something.

Love their attire, both adult and children's. Also their kitchen,bedroom and holiday decorations. I always find the hair products I need, professional or not. Only downfall is I find a hair item I love then when I run out so are the stock.
