Employee was very nice. Only complaint is that they charged me for delivery, I could of bought at a different store and they provided free delivery and setup.

The Mattress Firm gal who helped us was very informative and knew her mattresses. The reason I had never purchased a new mattress before was I didn’t know what I wanted. She was very helpful in singling out the perfect mattress for my husband and myself! Their prices are very reasonable also.

Awesome customer service ! Angie gave me all my options on the purchase of my first Tempur pedic mattress and frame !
