This was my first time here I loved everything about this place. I'm good with names but the two people that did my nails and toes did an amazing job. And also I had them do my driver's nails he loved the service he reviewed for the first time in his life ever getting his nails done 😊 I left them with a $25.00 tip. I will be returning soon hopefully before I go out of town March 26/25 Again thank you all so much 🙏

This was my first time of going to this nail salon and they were very friendly. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. I had my nails done at another salon in town and I was not happy with my last experience there, so I decided to try my luck with Pretty Nails and I will definitely be returning. When I got my acrylics taken off, the gentleman that did it was very kind and gentle with my nails. He talked to me and didn't rush to get the nails off and cause me any pain. I plan on coming back to get my nails done again.

Awful ? I even requested it to be redone. The second photo took my husband 5 minutes to get this result
Cleanliness: It was very dirty, and the owner didn't think twice about the service being so bad

They used to do a fantastic job but last 2 times the polish is uneven and they left calloused. Don't take alot of time with you.

These guys messed up 3 sets of nails. My mother, sister and I went together to get our nails done and my sister was the only one who left with her nails looking decent (a female did hers males did my mom and I nails). Now they didn't cover the nail when they painted them and my mom's were supposed to be all black and have snowflakes and a snowman and somehow she ended up with one white nail and the snowman was so awful she had him change it. Mine...he let me get up with my nails wet and I reached in my pocket and has fluffy stuff all over them (my mom's nail guy fixed it. I will attach photos but we are not happy. Never again.

I was super disappointed. I had the guy that’s 4th down I think and he did a terrible job. Didn’t seem to understand what I was saying so I showed him a picture and he still didn’t do what I wanted. Also my nails are all different lengths and shapes like noticeably different. And for all that the price was outrageous. I couldn’t tell him to fix coz he didn’t understand and I tried to call there 2 days in a row to talk to someone else about it however they never would answer the phone and I called multiple times during the day. So yea I don’t feel happy about my nails at all when getting them done brings me joy. :(Service: Acrylic nails
