Delicious food, beautifully presented, and for a fair price. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend in every aspect.

The food quality is not what it used to be. The service and staff have been quite rude. It is a small town gossip haven. The dark, dingy environment must be hiding a great deal of dirt.

Amazing light lunch. Glad that Dodge finally got a suitable Tea house. The service was also delightful and attentive. This was a last minute lunch decision by my daughter. The atmosphere was perfect for quiet conversation.

This is such a wonderful place. They try so hard so make your visit special. I'm glad I got to visit!!!Vegetarian options: They always answer my questions on food.Kid-friendliness: They have great kid food options, and though it's a fancier place, it's very family friendly.

Stopped by because my mother, who's in a nursing home, said she wanted some Broccolli soup in a breadbowl from this restaurant. Got talking with the VERY friendly ladies (mother and daughter) who own and operate the place and they knew who my parents were. They were genuinely concerned with how my elderly parents were doing, and insisted on sending along a couple pieces of coconut pie to them, at no charge. Tough to find the combination of quality and service that this place offered these days.

Placed an order for pickup. It was ready when I got there, about 10 minutes later. Entrance was crowded with female senior citizens and I could barely get inside. The "gift shop" is full of over-priced brick-a-brack (that you can buy at Hobby Lobby for 3x less). The tea room was dark and lit with candles at noon, which had a nice Halloween vibe. The chicken pasta salad I ordered had been around too long and the pasta was mushy. If there were 3 bites of chicken in it, that would be a stretch. The "broccoli soup" was thick, gelatinous and off-tasting, with 2 tiny pieces of a broccoli floret. I didn't detect ANY form of dairy in that soup. There were about 3 grapes and 2 tiny pieces of melon, along with ONE bite of pineapple. The "sweet bread" was what appeared to be a very small slice of pumpkin bundt cake. All this for a checkout price of just over $13. There's a little ambiance in the dining room, but the food isn't worth the prices.

Every time we come to Fort Dodge from Arizona, we have to go to Tea Thyme at Sadie's at least once!! Debbie and Missy have not slipped in the slightest since we were last here twenty years ago. As usual, everything was absolutely delicious. Of course the entree is just a prelude to the best part. The desserts! Wow!! I think they have actually even gotten better. I had the French Silk Pie and it was just delectable. Best pie I have ever had. Debbie told me that her husband makes it and he does an amazing job. My daughter had the Chocolate Mint Brownie A la Mode. And my husband who was torn between the Strawberry Rhubarb pie and the coconut cream. He went with the Coconut Cream and he said it was unbelievably delicious. The service, the atmosphere (perfect decor) and the superior food made this an amazing afternoon.
