“I made an appt to get my oil change at the dealership in Fort Dodge for the very next day. When I arrived and pulled in I was informed that I needed to back out and go across the street to the quick lane. I was greeted and welcomed nicely but asked if I wanted to drive my car in and stay in my car or wait in the waiting room. I chose to wait in the waiting room. The temperature was 82 degrees and miserable. I literally stood with the outside door open to let some cool air in. There is something about going to the dealership and waiting in comfort and with nourishments versus an 82 degree garage. If this is the new normal I won’t be returning. And it would have been nice to have been informed when I made the appt instead of being asked to back my car out in front of an audience and go across the street.”
