“Outstanding customer service!! Hands down the best around! Very thankful to Pat for helping us with a blowout tire on our RV! We called Pat after we had a blowout on a Rv tire at 9pm at night! He came out to our shop the very next morning and had a new tire on the RV first thing in the morning! VERY THANKFUL and Appreciate his effort to gets us on the road right away! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!”
“This business deserves so much more than 5 🌟! They went so far above what I'd call good customer service to help me out after I blew a tire and surprisingly didn't even tack on extra charges. Their business deserves to win best of the year! Thanks again for being amazing and helping this girl out......”
“I took my car in because the transmission was not shifting correctly. I thought it may need a rebuild. Turns out it was low on fluid. They could have easily said otherwise and charged for a rebuild. Next moved onto brakes where they gave me an honest opinion on a brake job, which was very reasonable. Extremely honest.
And quality work. I will be back!”
“my dad and I were on our way from wyoming to Indiana and passed through Fort dodge. I noticed a clunky sound as the day went by as we git close to fort dodge. called Farrells auto service to get a check on it. the owner said he could do a quick look but that was about it cause he had a lot of work to do. came back into his office 5 or so minutes later and said it was my water pump. he said he could fix it then and there. VERY thankful for his time and work. didnt charge me an arm and a leg and helped me out a lot.
THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOOO MUCH.”
“We had a flat tire near the ball park in Ft Dodge. We and 2 mechanics near the field couldn’t get the lug nuts to budge. I called Heartland and they immediately sent a young man up who removed the tire, took it back to the shop and repaired it, brought it back and put it back on the car, and had me follow him back to the shop to pay my bill. Awesome young man and great service from start to finish! I highly recommend!”
“Great service and great pricing. I had to get my tire patched and had to be back at work at a certain time, and they made sure to get it done so I could get back on time. Highly recommend.”

“I had some transmission, ABS, and steering column work done in another state, all of which failed to perform properly. Nick you're into and replaced fault parts and made it work great using warranteed parts, charging me nothing additional! He's got my business from now on.”

“Professional, friendly and always provides us the service we need to get back on the road. The only spot I go for tires and oil changes. Danial tire far exceeds our needs and you cant beat supporting a local family ran business. Top tier in my eyes.”
