“I was recommended to go here. I was not doing well financially at the time. I had to get my breaks looked at. Turns out I had busted a break line which I figured was the problem. For that I was charged fairly. Don also showed me on one of my tires a tire rod was basically worn out. He could shake the tire while the vehicle was suspended. I told him I would have to come back some other time to fix it because I didn’t have the cash. As we chatted he asked me about who my father was I told him I never really knew him. Don fixed my tire rod for free that day. He told me it was too dangerous and that he wanted to help me avoid disaster. And well this was over a year ago but I remember the financial distress me a 19 year old young man was going through and what Don did there for me helped a lot and I suspect he knew I needed the help. I later went back with a different vehicle and had breaks changed from him.”

“I made an appt to get my oil change at the dealership in Fort Dodge for the very next day. When I arrived and pulled in I was informed that I needed to back out and go across the street to the quick lane. I was greeted and welcomed nicely but asked if I wanted to drive my car in and stay in my car or wait in the waiting room. I chose to wait in the waiting room. The temperature was 82 degrees and miserable. I literally stood with the outside door open to let some cool air in. There is something about going to the dealership and waiting in comfort and with nourishments versus an 82 degree garage. If this is the new normal I won’t be returning. And it would have been nice to have been informed when I made the appt instead of being asked to back my car out in front of an audience and go across the street.”
