“Hands down best service from a body shop! Melissa and the entire crew gets a shout out! They coordinated with Fords service department where my truck was being repaired with the awesome warranty I purchased.
They took it from Ford”in the same complex”, and completed the hail damage I had in record time, knowing that I needed the truck for a work trip coming up. Above and beyond , I was planning on cleaning out the inside before I left, but to my surprise, they did it for me as well as an exterior wash.

“My windshield needed to be replaced due to damage caused by a rock that hit it when a semi passed it. Their service man came to my workplace, picked up my car, replaced the windshield, and returned my car. It was completely repaired before I got off. The service man was extremely friendly and they did a wonderful job replacing my windshield. The price was much lower than I was expecting too.”

“Daman Perry and his team at DP Customs does great work. He recently replaced the engine in our 06 chevy 1-ton, and everything went smoothly. The truck runs strong, and you can tell the work was done right. Daman was easy to deal with, kept us in the look, and clearly knows his way around diesel engines.
This isn't the first time we've had DP Customs work on our vehicles, and we've always had a great experience. He's been dependable, honest, and fair every time we've used him. If you need a solid diesel mechanic you can trust, I wouldn't look anywhere else and highly recommend DP Customs!!!”
“I took my car in because the transmission was not shifting correctly. I thought it may need a rebuild. Turns out it was low on fluid. They could have easily said otherwise and charged for a rebuild. Next moved onto brakes where they gave me an honest opinion on a brake job, which was very reasonable. Extremely honest.

“We had a flat tire near the ball park in Ft Dodge. We and 2 mechanics near the field couldn’t get the lug nuts to budge. I called Heartland and they immediately sent a young man up who removed the tire, took it back to the shop and repaired it, brought it back and put it back on the car, and had me follow him back to the shop to pay my bill. Awesome young man and great service from start to finish! I highly recommend!”
“my dad and I were on our way from wyoming to Indiana and passed through Fort dodge. I noticed a clunky sound as the day went by as we git close to fort dodge. called Farrells auto service to get a check on it. the owner said he could do a quick look but that was about it cause he had a lot of work to do. came back into his office 5 or so minutes later and said it was my water pump. he said he could fix it then and there. VERY thankful for his time and work. didnt charge me an arm and a leg and helped me out a lot.

“I have a 2004 Chrysler town and county and I didn't know what was wrong with it. My friend came over to help me and couldn't figure it out. I called benton auto and he told me that he couldn't get me in till next week. I was really upset and he asked if I could bring it now and I said yes. I got there and he looked at it with the scanner and within a half hour he knew what was wrong and had it fixed in a half hour. I am so appreciative for him. He was friendly and very helpful in letting me know everything he was doing. His worker was very friendly also. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank God for kind and understanding people.”

Unfortunately the work needed was more than they were comfortable working on and we’re not able to fix the issue. But Al’s was awesome and gave me a number that could and didn’t charge me for anything! Will for sure go back when needed! Also professional and easy to work with I would recommend them!!”
