The UPS Terminal in Fort Dodge is a self-service customer center for drop-offs, kiosk shipments, and Hold for Pick Up. It can be hard to find, as the sign is easily missed. While there have been some delivery issues and new staff, the service is described as very good, friendly, and awesome. One customer was very glad to find the location after many years. Despite occasional problems requiring a long drive to pick up a package, representatives are helpful and resolve issues directly.
