Always really long wait-usually an hour before seeing a person. Have walked out twice due to wait. No one greets you/puts you on list. Got phone there-3 hours to complete. Arlo camera broke within 1 month. Quicker to drive 1 1/2 hours to Ames than wait in Fort Dodge

It was busy for a Saturday, but staff were quick to be sure to get people's names onto a waiting list to be served. People did have to wait at least 20-30 minutes for service. Some people did end up leaving since it was taking a long time. Once served, we had great help purchasing a new phone, answering all our questions, and doing it in a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst carrier choice in Fort Dodge, service black outs, dropped calls, completely unreliable and absolutely horrid customer service.

Excellent service! Agent very helpful except she wouldn't let me use the bathroom. With all the money we pay U.S. Cellular there should be a customer bathroom and chairs with backs for those waiting! I'm 72 years old and have a bad back!
