I went in to replace a screen protector and I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me I had to do it online myself. When I contacted the company they told me to take it to my local franchise to replace it!! Why don’t they do their job and not shove us around? Please get better help and managers for your store cause your customers can’t always travel to Des Moines to go to the Apple Store to solve their problems!!

Went to get a new phone and plan, norton signed me up and added on the most expensive protection plan without asking me which I then later had to cancel my self, and also there was a 10$ apple one subscription I had to cancel that was not ever mentioned to me. also got signed up for the most expensive unlimited ultimate plan and didn’t explain or ask me about my options. also there was a woman with a bright pink large anime wig working and I don’t think that’s very professional. all 3 staff I saw that day were off putting and generally unhelpful. should’ve have just done this all online then wouldn’t have gotten scammed by the verizon worker.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The manager had a nasty, disrespectful and narssacistic attitude toward my wife when she visited to get a new SIM card, and the young guy with multi colored hair does NOT bathe or use deodorant, and their lack of knowledge, concern, and inability to be professional is shocking.The manager refuses to present herself in a decent manner, showing up to work with fat rolls hanging out, other employee's appear dirty, and almost all have an uncaring attitude.No one at this location has any business handling customer information, accounts, devices, or any other property. Their behavior points to the likelihood that they are not trustworthy.Reports to Verizon corporate have been made on this location.AVOID this place.

Wife went last night got new phone and watch and your employees still do the same thing as Abbey's comments 4 months ago. Still don't set stuff up. So will go to Ames or Des Moines for services So you still haven't changed anything.

I was in desperate need of a new phone. But not being tech savvy at all, I worried about what that would entail. I needn't have worried, thanks to the associate who helped us-Jacob. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He helped pick out the best phone for me and also gathered all the hardware I would need to go with it. He made what I expected to be a nightmare into a most pleasant experience. If you need help at Verizon, ask for Jacob. You will be glad you did.

Broke the screen on my iPhone recently and went into this Verizon store for an upgrade. I received the phone and say there while the dude helping me tried to push an Apple Watch on me and had cases for my phone already lined up on the counter for my choosing. (I stuck with my current one). This employee wouldn’t take the time to transfer my info from my old phone to my new one nor would he help me figure it out because he “needed to move on to someone else” and told me they had to schedule a separate appointment for that!!! Lol can’t just plug it in and move on to the next customer?? So I sat there by myself doing the best I could to move things myself. I made an appointment to return 2 hours later at 4 for them to finish helping me. When I arrived at 4 they had me check in and I proceeded to wait. After a half hour me and my fiancé left for target where they actually took the time to help us until we were satisfied. Didn’t take long!!!! Never had problems at other Verizon stores. I won’t be returning.
