i dont like that they have only one persone in front of costumer service bunch of people walking and talking around. mor then 20 minutes to make a return. that is not good at all

Got yelled at by shoppers and called racist when I confronted a group of Hispanics who were clearly scoping out my kids for whatever illegal activity they were up to. Employees helped defuse the situation, and watched us leave safely
but my kids don't feel safe there.

I would give a four star but there's some problems I had with the Fort Dodge Iowa location. And with the pick up there. I had ordered a pickup online and the pickup was closed at 10pm and the app doesn't say when it is closed. Also it should be open from 6am and closed when the store closes. But with me moving to the location of Fort Dodge Iowa I didn't know because I'm used to using the app. So if possible please update the app to when the pickup opens and closes. That's the only issue I had.
