Twice now we've ordered from Casey's and had it delivered by Door dash ... Both times our second pizza that came has been a cheese pizza...not a sausage and pepperoni or a breakfast pizza like we originally ordered. No phone call to let us know that 1 you don't have the ingredients or 2 can't make a special pizza but still charge them for one. Will never order from there again!

My dad had to go to pick up our pizza twice because they only took cash. Then when he came back to pay for the pizza, the cashier was casually talking to another person, while ignoring him. No one else was even in the store. He finally had to ask her to help him. Very frustrating experience.

Kudos to the smaller Casey's store and much appreciation to the "awesome" morning team??!The larger location can definitely take lessons from the smaller one because the larger one "isn't " dependable at all in the mornings.

This Casey's is awful... Pizza and employees. My boyfriend ordered a pizza from this location and when I got there it they said there was not an order for the name I had given. I thought my boyfriend had accidentally given me the wrong location so I went to check at the Casey's at the other end of town... No pizza there either. We called this location back and they said it had been sitting there the whole time.. All in all very dissatisfied. Cold, slightly burnt around the edges pizza and very rude cashier.

Wish I could give no but my family waited 2 freaking hours for 2 pizzas and they did absolutely nothing to make it right even told my husband there was still wait time when he got there JUST before our time, like 5 min, they had to have started em after he got there

Absolutely poor management. High turn over rate.DO NOT recommend working at this Casey's. Lazy employees get away with being lazy and don't help out other shifts. Made it hard to get orders out in a timely manner.

Idk what was wrong with this Caseys but everyone had to wait over 2 hrs! For pizza. The lot was full of people that were waiting on the pizza they ordered over an HR ago.. it wasn't that busy either. Just slow. Real slow.If your in any hurry at all even if you order ahead expect big wait time and delayed confused responses from the employee at the cash box.Love Caseys but this was something else. Good luck.
