If you plan on financing from them watch out. i purchased a ford escape from them in may. I told zach the payments needed to be around the 350-400 range. i had a approval from a offer from my cc company and gave them the info to get working on it. finance got back to me and said they got another company to finance with as rates were better but payments would be a little higher due to my credit report. they said payments would be 450 a month but it came with a extended warranty as if it was part of the package not a option. at pick up a different person was there with a pile of papers for me to sign. after getting home and looking everything i saw close to 4000 added on to the loan for this warranty, when i called to ask about it i got one person blaming the other for not telling me this was optional. no accountability. i was told they would cancel the warranty and refund the money but my payments would stay the same. i figured it out and without the add on payments woud have been in the range i asked for. must be a comission for selling extended warrantys as im sure im not the only one this has happened to. the car is good and zach was alright but dont trust the finance department.

Bought a 2018 traverse. To only find out it’s got cracks in the windshield and wheels have major paint chips. And their servicing needs some speed. Overall won’t buy from here again

The service department was fast and friendly at 1st . I brought a 2018 ford expedition platinum edition truck in for sun roof repair . I was quoted $1200 for repair to lower remove headliner and replace motors for sunroof and sun shade . Upon pick up and completion I noticed the sun shade to the roof was sagging like a wet sheet . I called them and they said they wasn’t paid to fix the sun shade . There was no issue with the sun shade at all upon dropping off the vehicle. I told them didn’t you all lower remove the headliner. Managers stated we don’t actually remove it . I told them but you billed me for it . The managers says all shops do that we just pull it down . Wow ok so what are we going to do to fix this sun shade . Manager well I’ll call you back 2 weeks later no call back and still not fixed . However they got paid what they asked for and my sun shade wasn’t like this until there service department worked on it . Bad business for the small guys .

Zach Dawson was very friendly, zero pressure to buy. Not what we expected from a dealership! We had to take our explorer back for warranty work. Once again the team went above and beyond. I even accidently dropped it off a week early. (I was a week ahead of myself). However they worked me in, and started to look at the issue. It's not resolved yet (vehicle is still there) but the assured me several times it was ok I messed up and I didn't need to feel like I had to come get the vehicle.

I used to purchase vehicles years ago here, won't go into details but really had a bad experience, mainly with their service advisor.My son had a wreck and needed a vehicle to get back to work. We were searching and reluctantly stopped in. Found a vehicle he really liked, purchased it. The next day he realized that he got the one that wasn't four-wheel drive. (There were two identical ones I guess The only difference was the 4x4.) The key tags even mentioned that this was 4x4.We explained the situation to them, and Jamie, the owner let him bring it back and exchange it!They totally redeem themselves in my eyes! Thank you!

I live in Kansas City, and recently had a difficult experience trying to buy a vehicle here. I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Colton at Jim Baier. I was impressed with the experience I had there. Colton went above and beyond to make the purchase smooth and quick. He was able to answer all my questions that I had. I hate sitting around the car dealership for hours and I was in and out within 30-40 mins.

We had been trying to get a truck since August. It is now the end of October. Every place would run credit, then say they couldn’t sell truck. I had never experienced anything like what was happening at all of these dealerships. I happened to see a Dodge listed with Jim Baier, so I checked the reviews. I thought this is promising. I am so glad we found Colton at Jim Baier. We had some hiccups getting the truck shipped to Louisana, so I hopped on 3 flights & missed the 4th due to flight delay. Colton told me to hang in there, so I got in a rental to finish the journey. He waited until after hours for me on a Saturday. He had everything ready. The truck looked fabulous. He made arrangements to return the rental for me. He called to check on me throughout my very long drive home. I can’t thank Colton and the dealership enough for taking such great care of us. PS, put the small deposit on the vehicle. It was how we got the truck over several others.

The salesperson Jesse is a terrible liar. He was texting my husband and told us the truck “ran like a champ”. My husband took off work, we packed up our kids, and drove 3 hours to get the truck. When my husband drove it, he said the dash was lit up with warning lights and it clicked when it accelerated. It was a complete lemon. Jesse wasn’t even there when he said he would be so some other sales person pretty much said, “yeah, sorry we can’t do anything about it.” A 6 hour round trip could have been completely avoided if he had just been even a little honest.
