I went in to trade in my old iPhone for a new one a couple weeks ago. I had a longer wait than expected due to the system being down and Alexis was nothing less than professional about it. She got the problem fixed in a calm and friendly way! The customer service was great!

I've been with US Cellular for a long time and have almost never had a bad experience, and this one didn't disappoint either. Lindsay was knowledgeable, quick, and all around wonderful! Definitely recommend this store.
