Not surprised to see the abundance of 1 star reviews! Not sure what stage of life a person must be in to whole heartedly dedicate themselves to a petty dispute over doing their job but it seems to have afflicted the entire staff at this post office, including the post master! Got a notice from them refusing to deliver mail for a completely invalid reason, went to pick up my mail and was greeted by an empty register with a bell. Rang the bell. Angry worker arrived. Told her I was there to retrieve my mail. She went to the back to grab my mail and came back sweating profusely. In my mail was a letter stating they will be returning my mail to sender. Don't be surprised if you to have your mail being held hostage with a list of half baked demands.

Would make this zero stars if I could. Have lived in the same place for two years with the same mailbox. But they suddenly refuse to deliver mail because the mail box “isn’t secure”. The mail box has been the same since I’ve lived here and it is perfectly secure and can close and latch fine. 😑 When I go to pick up my mail now at the Post office, I am always polite and smiling, and they are always extremely rude and snippy in return.

Denmark residents were notified by the FM office 7 months ago, our addresses would be changing. We had the option for rural or post office delivery. Every one is still getting wrong mail, with both delivery methods. There are now duplicate FM residents (located in FM and Denmark). Every one that calls FM is told we can't have the person name that screwed up our addresses and made delivery worse.

They do their job correctly and are very helpful in showing several different ways to ship your packages. The price for me to ship 4 medium sized boxes was less than I had expected!

Package tracking said it was delivered and it never was. Had to pay for postage because they had to forward a package they delivered to the wrong address.

I remember what time I get my mail and I would get it before I go to work but now I have to watch for my mail to come and run late for work. My paychecks come through the mail because of the job I am doing is having problems with direct deposit it's pretty bad when you are expecting something in the mail and they take there sweet time to get it to you

They refuse to deliver mail constantly. We bought a PO box but they still keep losing my drivers ID I have had to go to Dmv constantly. Since they everytime send it back. At Dmv they even smack talk how bad the postal is. Today the woman marked on my package slip that I wasn't home when I've been waiting for this package and waved at her from porch. Waiting for the classic walk up sign a slip and leave, nope...she marked I wasn't home and can't get my stuff till tommrow.
