Bought two ribeyes at the Des Moines farmers’ market over the weekend - even my husband who is not exactly on the grass-fed beef train grudgingly admitted that they were good! Lots of flavor and, if cooked correctly, tender and juicy! Really delicious!

A great ranch and place to buy all grass fed beef. The best of the best of Iowa beef. The owners are personable and passionate about ecology and humane beef production. Awesome place!
