Dirty, understaffed, poorly run

I was in there today and the “assistant manager” was extremely rude to not just me but two other older ladies ahead of me. Even raising her voice at one of these older ladies who was just asking her a question. When I asked her if a manager was available she said she was the assistant manager and the only one there because the other person just never showed up. She lacked any type of customer service skills and questioned me about a personal item when I just said I didn’t want a certain thing and asked for the other brand. She was completely unprofessional and upon speaking to one of the older women outside after, they expressed they would not shop there with that person still working. She was pale, glasses, reddish hair, no name tag. Absolutely unprofessional and should not work in customer service. I get that it may be hard working alone but that gives you no right to be a horrible person to customers just going about their day.

Friendly staff and customers. I found what I needed quickly the first time. They didn't have what I needed the second time. I wish they had automatic doors. It's difficult getting a cart in and out. It's nice to have this option instead of running into town for every little thing.

One of the employees Abbie Rumery is an amazing person and the hardest worker. She is the nicest person too

I'd say the store is "okay". Going in there stresses me out even when going to the self checkout. The rude service people offer ticks me off. Im a year young than the given age to buy mucinex and the lady at the counter acted like I was dumb because I didn't know there was a certain age you had to be to buy it. I even repeated my birthday to her just she wouldn't awnser and she just stared at me. And got erritated when the checkout wouldn't work. I get some people have bad days but it was just annoying and ridiculous.

This location needs an updated restroom, with a door, that isn't broken, and a new parking lot! The parking lot is, quite frankly, a hazard.
