I found Granger Ford on the truck forums online and decided to call when I settled on the vehicle I wanted. From my order on 06/28/23 to delivery on 09/19/23 the whole process was so smooth it was almost unreal. Chip (sales) kept in touch throughout the process and had finance call and make an appointment when the vehicle arrived. I flew in from Florida and was picked up at no charge from the airport (early) and brought to the dealership for delivery. I was in and out of the finance office in minutes and then talked with Chip about some options on my truck and was on my way. Arrival to departure at the dealership was 30 minutes. The whole deal was fantastic as were the people I dealt with and there was My next vehicle will be purchased from Granger.

We ordered a Bronco Badlands from them and they 100 percent exceeded our expectations. We saved thousands of dollars over what any other dealership would do. I strongly recommend ordering online from Granger Ford. We flew in from Texas, we’re picked up from the airport, and on the road within two hours from when our flight landed. Flight arrived at 12PM and left the dealership with our new Bronco by 2PM.

I really had a wonderful experience leasing my new Mach-E from Granger Ford! ??????There was no upselling so the process of getting a new car did not break the bank and Samantha, and the team that she's in, made sure to look at every possible option for me to get the best deal...this made me meet my monthly budget and I am extremely happy about it! No pressures either in making a quick deal so I left the dealership feeling respected and made the car-buying experience not scary or even daunting. I bought a new 2023 ram and was absolutely delighted with experience. I absolutely hate buying vehicles and wasting my time playing the salesman going back and forth with the sales manager. What is that all about.The price is set well under retail price.With the advent of the internet we all know what the prices are.Granger motors had by far the best selection, so I bought the truck and out the door in couple hours. Wow that was painless.Eric was very helpful in helping find the the truck that I wanted, showing the trucks inside and out.Would definitely go back the next time.

After a poor experience trying to buy a F-150 at my neighborhood dealer, I heard about Granger Ford and made a drive out to the dealership. Thirty minutes later my new truck is on order and sitting in my driveway 5 weeks later. Chip Giles and the staff were great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Could not recommend this dealership more. I flew from Dallas to buy a F150 from them, best prices and service in the country. Hunter in sales was extremely prompt, professional, and upholds a very high level of service and integrity. Tim in finance was on the ball, promptly getting me a deal before an offer ended, he genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of with financing my first vehicle.
