“My truck was brought in as a deer hit. I was given an estimate that would be given to my insurance. It was also explained that it could be higher if they found more damage once it was taken apart. Every step of vehicle getting repaired where an incident occurred I was notified by Erin. It was explained to me by Erin along with options for that specific situation. Some things were about the insurance coverage others about more parts needed to be ordered. I also ordered a deer guard and was given options to which one to get. That company sent the wrong parts and Precision Collision took it upon themselves with my permission to have the clamps made by a professional welder to get them correct at no extra charge. Upon my truck being completed it was also detailed inside looking like a brand new truck. There is so much more then I can say about how grateful I am to have hired this company to make sure my truck was repaired and the care of returning it to me in A1 condition.”

I called to make an appointment knowing exactly where I wanted to take her jeep. I called and made an appointment but it was not Main Street Repair that I called. I made our appointment with the wrong shop. Chris and Dan did get us in right away. They repaired the problem and charged us an honest price. “My family and I were on alittle trip to Dubuque from Waterloo. Around dyersville area my car developed a shake. After further inspection I found I had a separated tire. Kurt got me in right away. Had the correct size tire in stock and everything. Beautiful new shop! Great sized office area with a very friendly pup,and some small toys to keep my 2 young kids preoccupied! “I have a 21 year old Mercedes SUV that is our families’ favorite chariot. Despite a quarter million miles on the clock, she still looks ad drives like new. Most parts have become unavailable for that year/model and that includes their complex mufflers and this one's number had finally come up. After a co-worker's urging, I contacted Boubins and scheduled an inspection to try and assemble a plan of action for a retro-fit. Kirk of Boubins managed the task and his plan of action costing was nicely under my anticipated outlay. No deposit/downpayment was required, the parts were ordered and everything fit together (they warned me that there might by a space issue with the required re plumbing). It all went together in less than 90 minutes as I waited and the kicker was that the invoice came in $100.00 less than quoted. I have more work for them now/am immensely satisfied. I was treated beyond fairly and I am very happy with the end product thus far. It's a real privilege to continue enjoying a magnificent vehicle into it's obsolete phase, I really appreciate that support. My next vehicle for them is a custom vehicle hand built by US Navy fighter plane mechanic. They are embracing the challenge at Boubins.”
“Randomly ran across this store on Groupon for brake pads and an oil change and I’m extremely thankful I did! Moving to a new city it’s hard to locate the place that you trust with your car. The customer service was awesome! The lady in the front & manger were extremely kind and mechanic was awesome. They always take you in the back to show you what’s wrong with your car so you can visually see it yourself and understand what’s going one. They also show you what they worked on when they are done. My car has honestly given me hell this year but they were able to work with me and help me! They are extremely compassionate with the stress and worries that came with car issues! They’re very genuine and I’m thankful to be able to find a place I feel confident coming to in Orlando!”
“Go see Earl at J's auto. Friendly service that you would expect from a mom and pop business. We came to look at one truck a 2021 ram. We took it on a test drive. He didn't try and bs us about anything with the vehicle. He pointed out any of the flaws before we could even see them. He didn't try and upsell us on something we didn't want, no bait and switch. We were even able to haggle with him to get a few different things from them. Finance office was awesome. They shop for rates at a variety of lenders so you don't have to.
Bottom line is this is a great place to purchase a quality used car without all of the pressure or bs. Will be happy to purchase our next vehicle from them in the future.”
