Nice Newer Casey’s here in Greene, IA. When I came, there wasn’t much people at the store. When I walked in, the store was pretty quiet & clean. There were plenty of donuts in the bakery case. I grabbed a 1 litter bottle of Casey’s Water, a peanut butter crispy bar, & a small bag of Casey’s branded Nacho Cheese Chips. The man working behind the counter was very polite. Stopped to get some gas. Easy in and out location. The pumps were a little slow even with no one else getting gas. The store interior was clean and the employees were friendly.

I went into use my gas points that I earned and Teresa was really nice she explained how everything worked. The first employee I spoke with wasn't real sure how to do it but he went and got Theresa. He also stayed by her paid attention on how to you give the discount. Very clean store very friendly people

Coolers completely empty. Was not welcomed nor did we get a far well. Walked in, turn around and left.

Christmas Eve night 2023. Not sure if it was a manager working, but shame on you for how you treated customers waking in your location.

I left my phone here by mistake today. Came back 10 minutes later and the staff were keeping it safely in their office. Thank you for being honest and helping a gal out. Very much appreciated Casey’s staff!!

Ordered breadsticks for lunch, went to pick them up and they were cold, slightly stale and only four pieces had cheese on them. They always seem to mess up my pizzas as well, store manager needs to do a better job.

Bread was rock hard on the sub. Sub was not made to the specifications on the online order. Do yourself a favor and go to the Blacksheep Baa or Freeze Frame. Way better food and customer service. They actually care about their customers.

Very poor service and quality from deli. Had 2 sub sandwiches, different kinds, poor taste. Have tried several times. Will drive 15 miles to different Caseys next time.
