Grinnell branch employees have always been more customer savvy toward me and more in branch services than the other credit union in grinnell, as well as more fee free atms in the area. If you have issues and call the customer service line usually a local banker calls you back quickly, unlike GreenState. Have had no issues with this credit union and glad I switched my primary accounts here.”
