Brown's Shoe Fit Co. is a really nice shoe store with truly amazing and excellent customer service. The staff is very nice, helpful, patient, and attentive. They are incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to cater to customers' needs, making the entire process a breeze. The team is flexible and accommodating, quickly helping customers find exactly what they are looking for, even if it involves ordering from another store. Customers have had great experiences finding good pairs of shoes, including for special occasions like weddings, without the cost breaking the bank. The salespeople are awesome, providing a service that leaves customers feeling completely satisfied and happy.

I went to Brown’s Shoe Store in Grinnell for the first time this week. I was so impressed with the wonderful staff. Carissa, Luke, and Eric (or was his name Ethan ?) They were so friendly and accommodating! The large selection of high quality name brand shoes was great! I highly recommend this store!!

Really nice shoe store, unfortunately they didn’t have the brand that I was looking for. Brittany was very nice and helpful and looked up the brand I was looking for at their other stores and let me know that I could order them from another store and they could ship them to me.
