Last week I spoke with Greg on the phone to go check out my vehicle. This guy goes without calling anyone first, and I told him the specifics and issue I wanted him to look at but he looked at everything else but what I had specifically told him to look at. Due to him not calling first, no one was home so he didn’t even get a key. Look, if you’re going to communicate with clients make sure you listen and do it correctly. This guy did everything backwards. How do I know he failed? Because I got someone else to do it that actually paid attention. When people ask for steak, don’t give them lactose gluten free chicken. I did not ask him to look for anything else but what I told him via phone call. You could tell he was not listening because he kept trying to speak over me. Goes to show listening is important.

Hit a deer with our Explorer. Scheduled to leave South in less than 3 week we're thinking going to have to get a rental. Greg was able to come up with the parts, have it repaired and painted a few days before our trip. Mighty fine job also.

I hit a deer with my Expedition, and have a hard travel schedule to accommodate. Curt's was able to squeeze my repair in while I was out of town for a few days, and wouldn't need my vehicle. The quality of the work was excellent, and they delivered on-time. Very happy.
