“Our car broke down on New Years Day during a snow storm. We called State Farm Insurance to send a tow truck and they never showed up. I Called Shepards Towing and he came out to get my car in about 10 mins. I was amazed at how quick he got there. We loaded the car onto his truck and were taken to the Hotel quickly. Great customer service, professional, knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. If I run into an issue in that area, I'll call Rick's and just submit a receipt later rather than wait.”
