The staff at Grinnell IA US Cellular is amazing. I was running late and got there at 6.58. They did not turn me away and 15 minutes later I walked out with my iPad and very happy! Thank you Charles and your partner. Sorry Ididn'tgether name. You're awesome!

I stopped in today and upgraded phones, the staff was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all my questions and I was in and out right away! They even answered my son's 400 questions 🤣. Thank you guys, I appreciate everything!!

Purchased a brand new phone 15 days ago and paid the new activation fees ect. It stopped working at day 15. They refused to replace or warranty the phone.

We got the best service from both employees working this evening. Went to get a phone for our son and they went over all deals with us and helped us decide to add a line to a current account and set up a new iPhone for our son. They gave him choices of cases and got him completely set up quickly and they also replaced the screen protector on my phone quickly and got my new case put on as well as cleaned my phone before putting it in the new case. Very friendly and helpful and answered all questions without making us feel rushed or feel bad for asking the questions. I highly recommend this location and will be back when I need to upgrade both my phone and Apple Watch.

Haylei and Kyler were absolutely wonderful!! They helped my mum get a new phone & switch providers as well as home internet!! I was able to have my screen replaced and two new cases for my current phone. They are very knowledgeable regarding their services and items. 10/10 recommend this location for superior service!
