A significant factor in our decision to go to this store was all the positive reviews. And they were right! Kayla helped us purchase new phones, accessories and service plans. She was knowledgeable, informative, patient in answering lots of questions and had a great sense of humor. A true multitasker, Kayla worked calmly and efficiently with 4 separate customers at once. When I stopped by the next day for some follow-up, Ray (filling in from Altoona store) was equally helpful and pleasant. I have been a Verizon customer for decades and look forward to continuing thanks to this experience.

Kylah was so incredibly helpful with me and my parents when we were getting our new phones. She was very patient, kind, informed, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had the easiest experience possible. She even stayed a little longer just so everything was correct. Getting new phones and transferring data can get a little drawn out and sometimes be really draining, but Kylah really put it the effort so we didn’t have too. Give Kylah a shout y'all!

Jordan was a great help with answering questions about my new phone and what apps I need on it. He also helped me set up voicemail and fingerprint to unlock my phone. VERY helpful!!!
