Went to Willows court and I got stuck with my car. It was Very Very nice young man and wanted to help me. I asked him how much for pulling me out of the snow and I called Rick and he was wanting 150 dollars I would not pay him for that much hung up on him. I talked to the young man he didn't want me to pay him for pulling me out of the the snow. I want to thank you and ment it alot to me too

Park has cleaned up a lot since we moved here two years ago. All of the new home make the community look very nice! Cammie is wonderful at handling all needs and the Maintenance Crew is outstanding. Grinnell MHP really cares about the people who live here.

Stop raising rent if we are not putting that money toward the refurbishment of the park.... maybe show the court a print out of what the plan is to make the park better place so our minds are at ease when we are handing over an additional 70 dollars with no explanation.
Lived here 6 years...rent started at 500 a month and now pay almost 800 a month and always promised the money going toward park.... only thing different that maybe benefits the community is the stop signs put in.
Security cameras would be good start to decrease the neighborhood kids from vandalizing others property. my house and vehicles have both been vandalized while living her by kids WHO LIVE IN THE COURT. I also know other property has been vandalized by rocks... and lite sparklers being laid on decks n fire almost being started by kids.
Speed bumps would be good safety thing to address because people don't know how to read speed limit signs with tons of kids running around.
Just to name a few. The list definitely goes on.

Rent keeps going up.
Billed for water and sewer when was figured into rent .
Doesn't matter if you live by yourself or 15 people live with you bill is figured the same for all by the homes not the occupants in the homes .
Speed limit not enforced by police - private property but still in city limits.
Police will not enforce laws again - private property.
