The food is good WHEN you can catch the kitchen open... They've been out of their homemade ranch for idk how long. I've asked about it twice. Ordering in the evening is touch and go as to whether someone's on the kitchen or not. They use to be way better. They've really declined over the last 2 years.

MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE times I've called to order a pizza and they don't answer the phone.One time, the excuse was that the kitchen must have turned the phone off.Another time, the excuse was that the kitchen help must have taken the phone home with them.We'll see what the excuse is tonight.

This store is straight garbage! I have ordered pizza so many times and they set a time frame and it's literally never done on time. Hire more competent people!!
