“My daughter's pop-up got stuck halfway up during setup at Wyalusing State park. Called Brown's RV center, and service manager Kim, put us in contact with their tech Josh who was on a job nearby. Although Josh had a full schedule already for that Monday, he took the time to walk us through a number of trouble-shooting steps to identify the problem and to provide a solution so that we could continue with our camping trip.
