My daughter's pop-up got stuck halfway up during setup at Wyalusing State park. Called Brown's RV center, and service manager Kim, put us in contact with their tech Josh who was on a job nearby. Although Josh had a full schedule already for that Monday, he took the time to walk us through a number of trouble-shooting steps to identify the problem and to provide a solution so that we could continue with our camping trip. Josh was super and I would highly recommend Brown's for all your service needs.

I was sold a lemon on a GMC Terrain 2020, vehicle look great on the outside but finding out that the underneath of the vehicle was totally rusted out.Now the suspension underneath has broken away and non fixable from the rust in the previous yearsAlso After purchasing the vehicle, finding out 3 months later....that the vehicle was burning oil from my local mechanic and the GMC terrain were known for this issue. the issues not disclosed in the purchase.They put this vehicle on the lot knowing there were issues with the vehicle. Forest said we don't vehicle that are not inspected on the lots, thats not what Brown Auto does.....well you did...2 months ago, I talked with Forest the owner of Browns Auto to discuss my issues with the vehicle on how to resolve this...lets say he was trying to cover hes ass and wanted to know how much more money i could put down to get out of this vehicle instead he should said, lets find me another vehicle at equal $$$$$ Please don't trust this company when buying a vehicle here.They just want $$$$$$ from you...they dont care one bit about there customers.And still no call back from talking with a lady last week regarding the issue...

Brown's has been in business for over 50 years! I trust them to take care of my vehicle from the moment I purchase it, for all of its preventative maintenance needs and to take care of it if I have an issue. The staff from RV to detail, parts to service, front office to body shop and leadership all truly care about you!

I don’t recommend Brown’s, I put a $1,000 down on a pontoon boat. Then I drove 2 hours to buy it and they sold it too someone else. They gave me my deposit back. But they wasted my whole Saturday,not pleased.

Bought a jet ski few months ago, never again! I see why now it was a good buy, First day out starter goes out, $475 Later it is fixed, 3rd time out it almost sinks. Carbon ring was shot letting water in the hull and it was like that for sometime and finally gave way to letting water in the hull. It has been in the shop almost 80% of the time since I bought it. Now $1100 later I will have it back hopefully in time for the 4th of July,

Took my 11 F150 here for clunking in the rear end and the rear defrost not working beings I only had a couple thousand miles left before my warranty was up. Assistant service manager rode with me and heard the clunking and said they would check it out. The assistant service manager called back a day or two later and said nothing wrong with the back end and the rear window had a problem but wasn't covered under the warranty. I was charged for labor and nothing fixed. I couldn't stand the clunking coming from the rear of the truck so I decided to get a second opinion from another Ford Dealership where I had purchased the vehicle 3 years earlier. I was down to about 800 miles left on my warranty. They were able to diagnose the the clunking in about a half hr and told me both leaf spring were cracked, bushings in springs were shot and needed new shackles. The next day they had called me again and told me that they checked into the rear window and it was covered under my extended Ford warranty beings it was an electrical problem so they would replace that also. This Ford dealership told me that these repairs would have cost me over $3k for parts and labor w/o my extended warranty plan, but all I had to pay was my $100 deductible. Returned to Browns Ford and talked to assistant service manager again and told him thanks for telling me things weren't covered under warranty and saying that there was nothing wrong with the rear of the truck, because they almost cost me over $3k out of my own pocket beings the warranty was about up. All I got was a sorry. You think I would have gotten a refund for labor and someone would have wanted to check into this, but nothing was offered or getting checked into. I will definitely not be returning here to get any maintenance or repairs done to our vehicles. I was actually test driving a vehicle from Browns not to long ago to consider buying, but I won't be back to purchase a vehicle either from them. thNot sure how a business is ran with incompetent employees and not even offering a resolution to the problem. I have been back to Browns to purchase parts to replace things on my own and they also charge 25% on top of the retail price for ford parts, so be sure to ask them for at least the retail price or the cheaper price that u can get parts for at other ford dealership parts counters.

Took my car in for a major issue. Didnt expect much, but they somehow failed to meet those expectations. The invoice barely made sense and they suggested an expensive service for an old vehicle. Took it to someone else who actually explained the issues and gave me advice on how to proceed. Will not be serviced here again.

I would have given this place two stars if it was not for my experience the last time I was there. I should have known the last time I called them it was not going to be good. I tried calling, and the poor receptionist could not get ahold of anybody in the tire shop, not even the auto shop receptionist where her job is to work the receptionist desk. I brought my car in on a thursday to get my oil changed, my tire sensors checked, and possibly my tires rotated. Courtney, the receptionist, was working that day. I dropped off my car with my sister and went to the high school for a couple of hours while my car got its oil changed. Two hours later, I get a phone call from Courtney. She wanted to let me know that my car was done, but said there was also an oil leak but they had no clue where it was coming from, my tires needed to be changed, and she yelled at me for putting too much air in my tires. RUDE. I snapped back at her saying I only put 35-36 PSI in my cars due to my tire sensors and she proceeded to tell me that's WAY too much and I should only be putting in 30. The auto shop I go to now scoffed at what I told them about her thoughts on the amount of air being put into my tires, and told me it is perfectly fine to fill them to 35 since I also have tire sensor issues. I opted out of getting a dye put in my oil, because there ended up being NO OIL LEAK, and opted out of getting new tires because my tires were still slightly on yellow. The best part was she screwed up my shop paper, charged me for a tire rotation which was never done, and then I had to be sent a refund check for it a week later. BROWN'S IS ONLY IN IT FOR YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY.
