Had 2 beefs done, absolutely thrilled with the process from start to finish. Packaging is impeccable as well as the customer service. We were accommodated with drop off times and pickup. Treated like we were customers forever. Now we are!

Just bought a whole hog from these folks and it is FANTASTIC! We've only eaten a package of chops so far, but damn! Best chops I've had in a while. Can't wait to try one of the hams.

I have been dropping deer off for years at Dovel's and i must say they have some of the best processing in the region. Always good quality product and the staff always friendly and helpful. Would recommend using them for any wild game and butcher services.
