“Great service, friendly people. I am so happy to have my washing machine up and running again.We bought our washing machine elsewhere, but the manufacturer had Heartland come out and fix it. I had never heard of Heartland but you can bet we will be going there when we need a new appliance. The service tech was great, since they had to order parts I had to wait a week but they kept me in the loop and called with updates on when the parts would be in.Once the parts came in, they called to schedule within 24 hours and they gave me a 4 hour window for the very next day! Tech called the next day to tell me that we would be there shortly. He was fast and friendly and didn't leave a mess at all. I did expect a mess as it was a washing machine and there was water in it, but the tech kept it contained as much as possible. Will definitely be using them again.”
