Playground: there is a playground by the lake
Toilets: nothing fancy, but there are 'outhouse' style bathrooms. I think there are also more modern bathrooms inside the visitor building.
Picnic area: lots of picnic tables and areas along the stream to picnic. There is a large, enclosed shelter by the dam, with lots of tables for large or small groups.

Added new camp sites close to the animals. New trails are going in this year. Nice place to spend the weekend with the family.
Playground: Playground on the other side of the bridge. It is a nice area for the kids to play if you don't mind a walk or a short drive from the camping area.
Toilets: New restrooms and showers on the new side. The older side, they keep them clean and are available.
Dog-friendliness: Don't have pets of my own. But people bring their pets all the time. As long as they are on a leash, everything seems fine.
Picnic area: They have a nice area right by the nature center with plenty of picnic tables over looking the river.

Bison are an awesome sight. Owls as well. Also turtles indoors and a stuffed bear.

A nice beautiful park with trails to walk, river to fish, campground stay in, and rehabilitated animals to check out.

The nature reserve was well-maintained, with a small zoo outside adding to the fun my kids had. The surrounding nature was relaxing and calm. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the taxidermy animals inside the building, particularly the bear, were quite unsettling to me. Despite that, it's still a great little place overall.
Playground: The playground was well-maintained and clean. My toddler enjoyed it.
Toilets: The building has bathrooms.

It was such a nice place. Very clean and well kept. The animals were so neat to see and we'll cared for.

This is a great place to bring your children, as they have a nice walk around wildlife display, and a nice interactive nature center for the children to do things in the inside. It also has fishing and a nice park.

Really disappointed the Bald Eagle 🦅 was in such a small cage, I don't know if he's being rehabilitated or what, but that enclosure is far too small for that big bord

They just added a new section for 28 a night .looks nice and clean and full hookup a bit expensive ATM maybe they will drop it down to 20
