This is my first time purchasing a camper. I am a senior widow and wanted to get a camper I could handle myself to go camping with my family. John Jasper and his whole crew were very helpful and I was able to purchase my 1st camper. The whole team were very helpful and made it a very fun experience. Two months ago I bought a 2022 Grey Wolf 23MKBL. After searching other dealers I found that they had the best price and I drove from MD to purchase it. I camped a few nights nearby and the people at Jasper's were more than willing to fix the minor issues that I found. Everyone was friendly and professional and I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks to everyone including John, Dan&Denise, Jamie, Lance and Katie.

Went here because I misdiagnosed a problem with a camper that had been purchased here. The counter person was helpful in that he was able to put me on the right path. However, even though they sold this unit new they will not work on it. So I had to drive over an hour for service. The store seems to have a decent inventory, but it is not particularly arranged well and a bit dirty, dingy, and the inventory does not appear to be kept neatly on the shelves after customers rustle through it. They will gladly sell/work on a new unit and seem to have some inventory that way. Prices are also high compared to other places. They did recommend the place I ended up taking my unit to, but at some inconvenience.

I liked the place the older gentleman helped me find my key I lost looked at a terry unit he very nice great customer service skills I enjoyed speaking with him I'll be back to purchase a camper hear from him when able .thanks for being polite it's a lost art in sales these days and you sir have my respect . well done ....he wasn't pushy at all I really think this is a good camper retail place stop in and see ... update ...I did come back and purchase a Terry camper I am very happy with the sales team hear and will yet again when it's time to upgrade shop hear first .

Ive been to Jasper's twice and both times were bad. The first time we were expecting to purchase a new fifth wheel, but Dan was so rude and unprofessional we decided to leave instead. The second time we were told to talk to John, so I did. He refused to honor our Arctic Wolf's manufactures warranty because we purchased from a different dealer, then left our camper sitting out front with the keys in it for three days. We wont be back.
