My son was over 5 hours away from home at college in Ottumwa. He needed his car fixed after hitting a deer. The service we received here was outstanding! Miranda was so kind, compassionate and amazing to work with! They repaired my son’s car fairly quickly and helped us through the insurance claims process. I highly recommend them!

As always, the work and service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with at Copeland's was helpful and professional. Getting hit in a parking lot was not great, but they did the insurance estimate and started work quickly. I was glad to get my car back looking as good as new!

We can't say enough about Steve and Holly and their team! Not only did they do excellent body work, but they went the extra mile to make sure my 'baby on wheels' was treated with extra care! They were accurate with their estimate and quick to get the job done. Although you never WANT to need a body shop, it's great to have a place like Copeland's to help you when you do!

Copeland Auto Body provided an immediate estimate and got my Prius C in for repairs as soon as the insurance company approved them. They great with communication and my was ready to pick up within a week. They even cleaned the inside and polished the outside. Their service was above and beyond. I hope I won't need any body repairs in the future but if I do they will have all of my business. Thank you so much.
