I really enjoyed working with Abra! I hit a deer and they got me in for an estimate immediately and finished working on my car before their estimated date, cleaned it and made it look like nothing at all happened. They also kept me up to date the whole time. I’d highly recommend them!

This was my first time using Abra and I was amazed!! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional -- and the collision repair work on my car is outstanding! I know that they replaced and painted parts, but my car looks as good as new! Because Abra is directly linked to my insurance, they handled all the insurance paperwork for me -- and after 34 years in the property-casualty insurance business, I really appreciate that. Communication was crystal clear -- and the three day estimate was accomplished in two-and-a-half days. How many more reasons do I have to give you to take your business to Abra Body Repair?

4 stars due to,in my opinion, the specialist missing a piece of the process. It is, however being fixed on Monday. And I was offered a loaner.I do wonder how it was given back to me that way. Who signs off on the ,I'm certain, qualified specialist who performed the job. Staff was helpful and easy to work with.

I took my car in for what was supposed to be 7 days. I stopped to check on it the first time
And I was told that it had to pass inspection. 🧐 I went to pick it up 2 days later only to find a pit in the paint, NOT just in the clear
Coat. I asked how it passed inspection? I saw it with my eyes and I’m NOT an inspector! So I took it back for the 2nd time. When my son went to pick it up, he was not happy with it so he took it back. So then I went to pick it up and there was another spot! It ended up being 22 days total they had my car! I sat and waited for it the last time. But I had to take it back 4 times for the same repair. It’s not like I lived around the corner from their shop.I took my car there because t was one of 4 places recommended by the insurance company and the closest (12 miles from my House)
The office staff was pleasant

Tried over and over to phone this place for an appointment. The message says my number is not recognized and call the number given to me... That number was the one I dialed! Very poor way to run a business! So I went to Gerber where a real person did speak with me!

Great place to work with. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on repairing our vehicle. They kept us updated weekly on the progress and we got our car back earlier than expected.
