Just called customer service to set up a phone for my mom. Spoke with Jennifer who worked diligently and patiently with us to resolve multiple setup snafus that would have unhinged me if I were trying to set this up alone online. Her persistence in resolving these issues and persevering until the service was set up successfully is laudable. I am so thankful that something that could have been frustrating and obstructive was made easy by an employee who cared enough to do an excellent job. Thank you, Jennifer.

They have never cut off my phone my bill is due the 28th,some how it got bumped back to the 23rd get paid on the 3rd every month they know this but they never have cut it off 2 yrs thanks y'all customer service all ways nice Raymond Barker

ive been with affinity for a few month Cinnamon is a supervisor and she really helped me today my phone was shut off i always pay my bills so thats not the issue im 65 with a serious lung problem and i have no service ...............whats that tell youim cried out about affinity i really need their help and so far im not getting it what should i do affinity family?

Terrible company. Thanks for the response but if that’s not true. I canceled my account on April 23rd. And you charged me for the whole month of May because I didn’t cancel on the 22nd. Talk about greed. Not customer service.

Affinity cellular still taking/stealing money from my bank account long after I stopped using their service with their consent. They disconnected my phone over three Months ago. I am going to do my best to tell everyone how BAD affinity cellular mistreat their customers.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to cancel service. Keeps charging monthly after trying to cancel and never using the service. FRAUD! STAY AWAY! Customer service rep hung up on my call to cancel.

I signed up with A. Cellular a year ago. Then because of inaccurate phone information I called the main office to cancel my account. I did this twice after several emails that I was still being charged for the phone. I am very disappointed with this companys poor customer service. The provider on my phone says METRO service?? What!! Not Affinity? as stated. No phone calls were ever made or texts sent on this phone.I want all monthly bills to my CC to stop and be returned to my Credit Card. JBP

BE AWARE EVERYONE BE AWARE. Affinity Celular supervisor AMBER is a scam doing illegal activies and stealing personal data from customers as soon you sign up as a new customer. I am a new customer ordered a cellular service with ACP Affordable Connectivity Program got approved order a eTalk with $0 down payment got the phone doesn’t work got in touch with them and SUPERVISOR AMBER HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT TO USE MY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BENEFITS. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. I ALREADY REPORTED HER WITH ACP THEY ARE AWARE OF THE SITUATION.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!Was sent a defective tablet. Called to see if I can get a replacement. I was denied, citing that the tablet was brand-new when it was sent. Then I was promised a refund for the device, which was later denied. When I confront them on this, I was told that the person I talked to was excellent at her job, as well as everyone else, and my concerns are irrelevant. The management is no better, going back on their word and refusing to speak to me directly, voicing their opinions through customer service. The whole experience was a waste. They will NEVER get my service again.Update: It has been a few days and Affinity Cellular have not reach out, which proves that the response left was for them to be seen in a better light than actually rectifying the problem. Not worthy of my time or yours.

Just about the worst customer service on the planet! Phone never worked correctly from the beginning, after numerous calls to both apple & affinty; I finally found the 1 person who actually fixed the problem; only took 5 1/2 months! If you do change to them pray everything works out of the box or you WILL be disappointed.

They are lairs. They lie about it being unlimited service. They data is inot unlimited. Then when you cancel there service they automatically take there bill out of your account and they dont care about if the overdraft you.

Any company that takes advantage of the elderly deserves to fail. This company has no accountability and I urge anyone thinking of purchasing any services to do your due diligence.
