Terrible customer service. Impossible to cancel service. Keeps charging monthly after trying to cancel and never using the service. FRAUD! STAY AWAY! Customer service rep hung up on my call to cancel.

I signed up with A. Cellular a year ago. Then because of inaccurate phone information I called the main office to cancel my account. I did this twice after several emails that I was still being charged for the phone. I am very disappointed with this companys poor customer service. The provider on my phone says METRO service?? What!! Not Affinity? as stated. No phone calls were ever made or texts sent on this phone.I want all monthly bills to my CC to stop and be returned to my Credit Card. JBP

BE AWARE EVERYONE BE AWARE. Affinity Celular supervisor AMBER is a scam doing illegal activies and stealing personal data from customers as soon you sign up as a new customer. I am a new customer ordered a cellular service with ACP Affordable Connectivity Program got approved order a eTalk with $0 down payment got the phone doesn’t work got in touch with them and SUPERVISOR AMBER HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT TO USE MY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BENEFITS. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. I ALREADY REPORTED HER WITH ACP THEY ARE AWARE OF THE SITUATION.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!Was sent a defective tablet. Called to see if I can get a replacement. I was denied, citing that the tablet was brand-new when it was sent. Then I was promised a refund for the device, which was later denied. When I confront them on this, I was told that the person I talked to was excellent at her job, as well as everyone else, and my concerns are irrelevant. The management is no better, going back on their word and refusing to speak to me directly, voicing their opinions through customer service. The whole experience was a waste. They will NEVER get my service again.Update: It has been a few days and Affinity Cellular have not reach out, which proves that the response left was for them to be seen in a better light than actually rectifying the problem. Not worthy of my time or yours.

Just about the worst customer service on the planet! Phone never worked correctly from the beginning, after numerous calls to both apple & affinty; I finally found the 1 person who actually fixed the problem; only took 5 1/2 months! If you do change to them pray everything works out of the box or you WILL be disappointed.

They are lairs. They lie about it being unlimited service. They data is inot unlimited. Then when you cancel there service they automatically take there bill out of your account and they dont care about if the overdraft you.

Very rude response ignorant customer service. Asked to have my card removed from account that I didn't authorize, they refused telling me I would have to wait 2to 3 business days. I'm reporting to organizations to the better business bureau......

Beware! After one month service I was billed outrageous overage fees of which I was unaware. Immediately, I canceled the service and returned the two brand new phones having been told I would receive a full refund. Upon receipt, Affinity claimed both phones were overheating. That is nonsense. Both phones were barely used, in perfect condition and still in their original box. This company will steal from you. Don't buy in.

Do not use this company - they have sold my elderly, 95 year old grandpa who has dementia 5 phones and are now refusing to cancel the service because he is not the one calling to cancel. That is absolutely disgusting! They refuse to put him on a do not call/do not sell list! SO WRONG AND DISGUSTING.

The salesman said " try it out" at no cost for 30 days. No fees of any kind. He said Affinity Cellular was the only cell company that did not throttle hotspot. Hotspot was unlimited same as all data at 5G. He said hotspot would work on my phone. He lied about billing cycle. I tried for 1.5 weeks off and on and after 2 phones to company about non working hotspot I dropped the free 30 days trial period 2.5 weeks early as the hotspot would not work. All lies. Hot spot did not work on my phone, it is limited and throttled earlier.than other carriers. Not a free 30 day try out period. 2 months later a bill for $25. for the failed 1.5week tryout that was supposedly free. Affinity sales will hood wink with a lot of lies to hook you into their service

Cheap flip phone is hard for anyone to navigate, including the elderly. Phone ships out for just $15; didn’t mention that there’s a $30 charge if the owner passes away within the first six months or if you’re able to send back everything to them, in original box, in pristine condition. Go to Verizon.
