I stopped in to pick up a thermal fuse for my dishwasher, paid, and left. Then realized I’d asked for the wrong one. I actually needed the thermal fuse for the control panel. I turned around (thankfully I was only about 5 minutes away), went back, and apologized for the mix-up. The team was super nice and exchanged it with zero hassle. Got home, installed the correct part, and the dishwasher that wouldn’t turn on now works perfectly. Thank you times a thousand, my wife is very happy now! I a million percent recommend them for all your appliance part needs.

Wouldn't buy parts from this place. Bought an inlet valve brought it home installed it and turned out to be worse than the original part resistance on both connectors. Order yourself

Bought a part from Amazon and it leaked so I went local and they got me the same part but it worked great. Now I know why the Amazon part was 35$ and theirs was 75$. I’d be happy to pay the 75$ every time to not have to deal with the hassle and frustration

They always have the part I need and save me so much $$$ on paying labor for someone to come fix it. I also feel so accomplished being able to fix these items myself! I love an awesome hometown store, and they are just that.

Randy seems to be great, but whoever is running his front desk/cashier is ruining his reputation for customer service. I sent my sister there today to return an item. The lady at the desk told her, per quote, “Oh, Im so sorry. I dont do returns here, Im stubborn and dont want the stress, and told my boss I wasnt going to do them. Im sorry, but Im stubborn and wont do it. You need to come back on Tuesday or Thursday when Randy is here. Call first.”Youve got to be kidding me… her reasoning is not professional, my sister thought she was being pranked. Its poor business to waste customer’s time and money because your MAIN customer point of contact is being “stubborn”.I hope Randy can replace her with someone willing to work.
