--Edit: Ryan in Sales is wonderful. Problem being addressed. Service Dept finally reached out and arranged for my son to bring the car in for a free checkup. Needs all four TPMS sensors replaced for an insane price (NOT free). I do understand this is the used car business, but we were assured the car had been thoroughly inspected and all problems fixed. Leaving review at 4 stars.--
I bought my 2nd Subaru from them years ago, and recently bought my 4th, a used Legacy for my son. Everyone was very concerned about our happiness, until there was a problem. We discovered a minor issue on the drive home, contacted 3 different people at the dealership over the next few days and have received NO reply. Literally ghosted. I haven't even received the usual request for a survey. Was planning to buy a car for my daughter as well, but now I'm rethinking even going there for service in the future.

Took my Crosstrek in for service a week ago. Dave Wright is the third Subaru dealer I’ve had experience with, and my other two set the bar very high. Nonetheless, I was very happy with the speed of service and the level of care for me and my vehicle expressed by the service team. Free car wash as well. I will happily take my Crosstrek back for service and look forward to my next Subaru from them as well.

I had the best experience at Dave’s wright Subaru. For a very first time being able to get a brand new car it was a very comfortable experience working with Mercedes. I didn’t really know where to look so before I made any calls I wanted to be sure or just a sense of the right direction. I first called and they transferred me to speak with Mercedes, who works in the sales department I think. I told her how far I lived, and she worked with me on a time she asked where I lived, and she made it very easy to get there, and she rest assured me she would take care of me the best way she can and I told her my situation. I feel like the first time I bought a new car I made the right choice. Much love to Dave’s wright and again thank you very much for this new journey for our family.

We had a little trouble finding the Forester outfitted the way we wanted probably because it’s highly rated and too popular, but Jorge was patient and never gave up on us. In the end we got more than we hoped for and at a great price. Sales manager was more than fair and we remain grateful and lucky to have gone to them for our purchase.

Awesome experience! I bought my first Subaru and brought my husband in to get his less than a month later. The sales team worked with us on pricing and were consistently kind and patient. Serious shoutout to Chris who took care of us during both of our purchases and has made himself available throughout the ownership process to help coordinate maintenance and answer questions. Neither of us were seriously considering a Subaru before stopping in. If you are on the hunt for the best vehicle at the right dealership, add this place to your list!

What a great experience once again! My sales consultant Blane Wilson was great. Helped me get my second car in the last year, due to a deer totaling my last vehicle! He made a stressful situation, with a limited time frame and needing a vehicle fast, extremely smooth and easy! Found exactly what I needed, with zero pressure, and even worked with the manager Ashton to get me a great deal.
Special thanks to Tim in finance! Got everything squared away, and set me up with great warranties to make this situation easier in the future! Everyone there start to finish was helpful and professional. Been servicing there for the last 2 years and always have a great experience. Thanks to the whole Dave Wright team!

We just got a subaru outback from Dave Wright Subaru and had a really great experience. Nigel was wonderful to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. There was no pressure at all, and everything felt simple and smooth. The dealership was professional and had a great selection. We’re really happy and would definitely recommend them!

In late Feb to early March 2025, I was in the market for a 2022+ Subaru BRZ. I seriously considered a used one from Shottenkirk Chevy in Quincy, IL - $26k online, but with hidden issues: an open recall, cosmetic damage, aftermarket exhaust, two tires replaced on a low mileage car, and eventually I found out it was missing the catalytic converter and resonator. After everything, the out-the-door price ballooned to $30k, with no room for negotiation and some sketchy surprises along the way.
On 3/8, while negotiating with Shottenkirk, I texted Blane at Dave Wright Subaru. I’d already been in contact with a few dealers the week prior, but Blane stood out because he mentioned he could help with VIP pricing and still offer a strong discount even without it.
Within the same day, Blane quoted me two new 2025 BRZs: $32k OTD for a base, $35k OTD for a Limited - both about $3,000 off MSRP, no haggling, all done over text, with everything in writing. That evening, I placed a deposit and locked it in. It was fast, honest, and zero pressure - for just $2-3k more than the shady used car, I’d be driving a brand-new BRZ with full warranty.
A week later, I drove out to pick it up. Blane was out sick, so Nigel helped me in-store. I told them I had to be out quickly to make it to an airsoft event across state lines - they made it happen. Financing was clear and straightforward, no upsell pressure. I tried to trade in a beater - they gave it a look and straight-up told me it wasn’t worth it and to list it myself. That honesty alone gained a ton of respect from me.
The entire process took maybe a couple hours. I drove off with the exact car I wanted, fully informed, and 100% satisfied.
Since then, Blane has continued to reply to texts months after the sale - helping with service questions, warranty info, and more. On top of that, Dave Wright Subaru mailed me a VIP packet with coupons, a thank-you letter, and even a calendar featuring me and my BRZ. Nobody does that.
Their service department has also been solid - they handled a warranty inspection I requested at no cost, didn’t joyride or mess with the car, and kept the whole process smooth and flexible.
I now drive 45 minutes to Dave Wright Subaru for parts and service - despite having a Subaru dealership just 5 minutes from home. That should say it all.
As someone who now works in sales, I can honestly say that Blane (and Nigel) helped influence that career change. They showed me that you can succeed in sales the right way - by being honest, efficient, and genuinely helping people.
Appreciate everything, guys - you’ve more than earned my business.

I had such a great experience during my car buying experience! From initial interest to driving off the lot, TJ, Ashton and Tim were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. I truly felt like they wanted me to feel like part of the Wright Subaru family. They made the 2 hour drive worth it and have earned my continued loyalty.
