I am honestly shocked that I am giving a 5 star review to a car dealership!We worked directly with Joe Dereus and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Joe asked questions and listened to what we were looking for and he delivered perfectly! We were able to get a great vehicle and we honestly had a pretty fun time doing so! Everyone there was very friendly, and the whole experience was great! I would highly recommend letting Joe help you find a vehicle!

We just had a great experience purchasing a vehicle and you will as well at Dave Wright Subaru. Tyler (General Manager), Tanner and Tim (Business Managers) and Blane (salesperson) were all awesome to visit and work with while my wife and I were at the dealership. I know they advertise to have the Wright Car at the Wright Place at the Wright Price. However, I would like to add that you can also plan on getting treated in the Wright way! It’s an impressive experience! I had the opportunity to travel out of town the next day and really enjoyed how my new ride handled on the highway.

The salesman- Michael was amazing! Such a fantastic person and took such care of all parties. The business manager Zach was beyond awful. Treated us like we had no experience and made sarcastic remarks about the type of vehicle being purchased. Based on my experience with him I would never recommend anyone to this dealership if that’s the type of person they have in management.

I had the BEST experience dealing with Wright Subaru especially with Kaila Tiedeman! I was in the market for a Crosstrek and she found me one that is absolutely a perfect fit for me! She also did a follow up showing me all the bells and whistles this vehicle had! (I previously had driven a 2010 Rogue for 12 years; I needed help!) I’d also like to give a shout out to Carter Leavesseur who also assisted me. It’s tough teaching an old dog new tricks so I needed all the help I could get!I definitely will recommend this dealership and especially Kaila to anyone!

I am highly disappointed at the service me and my daughter received. I helped her get a vehicle here a year ago but since i just purchased my 2nd vehicle through them i was not able to do an extended warranty with my daughters vehicle. There were starting issues from day one and they never would check into it...then the car didnt want to start at times and would even die in her going down the road. Finally she was able to get them to hook it up to diagnose it which cost us $125 and it wasnt the correct problem. I had her take it to another shop and in 4 hours they knew it was the timimg and that the vehicle should have never been sold because it was unsafe to drive. So i called and was not very nice about it as i was frustarted and very upset. They took the car back in and had it for 2 weeks and finally said it was timing and an engine issue and they woukdnt be be able to fix it. I was told that they would fix it at cost. Which they were going to do but charge us $150/hr for labor. No thank you I will have the other shop fix it but for now the car sits and unable to be driven. My dauggter has already been in one accident because of this issue and im pretty sure they never inspected it before they sold us that car. So needless to say they lost a customer due to this unexcusable customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to give a huge THANK YOU to Samantha Reu. Samantha went out of her way to assist me in learning the ins and outs of my new Subaru. My only issue is that I wasn't able to complete the satisfaction survey for her. The powers that be should know what an asset they have in Samantha. By far and away, she was the best person to work with through the entire process....and I never met her until after the car was purchased.If she were a sales consultant, I would recommend her to anyone who asked about Dave Wright Subaru.

I got a ford focus 2014 car from Dave Wright with lots of issues in that car but during breakdown of my focus they provided me nice and beautiful outback as replace car which I drove a lot. Hence I would recommend to go for Dave Wright.Nice ppl are there to guide you.

so bought my car here about a year ago. Remember them saying to just call for a service it would need before I moved and they totally ignored me. I never got a call or text back from the person who sold me the car. Rude. They just care about sales. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a GREAT time at Dave Wright Subaru! I had some not-so-cool experiences at other dealerships, but the entire team was wonderful (even though my insurance was dragging everything out). Bassel was excellent -- he showed me only the cars I wanted, didn't try to upsell to something I didn't want, and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommending to anyone I know looking for a different vehicle!

Bassel went above and beyond my expectations in not only in the sale but afterwards as well. I cannot say enough good things about how he made this buying process so easy. I’ll give him a 5 star plus. Also, Tanner in finance did an amazing job. Awesome team they have here.

I’ve been there twice the first time I bought a forester that I loved but during that time of buying the salesman was great but the manager was horrible. Went back again to do a trade in for an ascent, the salesman was great but then came time for the manager and again was the worst part of my experience and ended up leaving with out buying the vehicle I wanted. The manager shouldn’t be in that position. I don’t plan on ever going back because of him.

Will never recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even buy my car from here but the pervious owner did. It was still under warranty when I bought it. The radio had a recall on it and they had to replace it since it was under warranty it took 7 MONTHS to get a new one. I would understand if it was on back order, but though they said it was it wasn't. A different employee called me when I didn't come to my appointment (because they told me not to because they didn't have the radio in) and told me that they had the radio the whole time. Then when I show up to my scheduled appointment Caleb tries to tell me they still don't have it, I had to badger him to go in the back to look and guess what they did have it. This was a terrible experience and not to mention it took forever, they never once apologized for any inconvenience and Caleb was very rude. I started off working with Riley (who no longer works there which I was also not notified of) he was much nicer than Caleb.

I purchased my car here several months ago and had a great sales experience. Since then, I have continued to have a good experience with the service department. I do have a maintenance plan so I have regular oil changes and tire rotation. The staff is always pleasant and the waiting area is comfortable with including snacks and coffee.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum with 15,000 miles one year ago for $55,000 from Dave Wright. Since then we have had nothing but problems (4 major problems) and horrible customer service to say the least. I spoke with Tyler Wright a week ago and my wife had the Armada there getting work done to try and correct the latest problem. I told him that if it were up to me they would buy the car back at what we gave since it was a far from perfect vehicle, but i knew that wouldn't happen, he said they would see what they could do. I called Tyler back yesterday to find out the verdict of them HELPING us was, that they would buy the 2019 Armada Platinum Reserve with 30,000 miles, from us for $35,000. I told him that they made money the first time a year ago and this wasn't helping anyone but them. Me and my wife eating a $20,000 loss was helping us, REALLY!! I told him i thought I went to DAVE WRGHT NISSAN but apparently went to DAVE WRONG NISSAN. So I hung up. 10 minutes later Mark the sales manager CALLED me back! I Capped CALLED, I will tell you why! He asked if we had a bad connection and I said no I hung up, I explained the problems over the last year and I knew I may have to eat some of the loss, but NOT the whole thing. He went on the tell me how they were giving me more than book and they were incurring a loss. I explained not $19,000 or $20,000! This showed me how they wanted to help and stand behind what they sell and how much they care. This is the problem with business today, no accountability!!! I ran a business and truely took care of the customers i had even if I had to get the checkbook out and give back profit!!!!! Mark explained that he cared, he called me back. Very gracious of him!! Call me back with a pat on the back for him to call, and a $20,000 loss kick in the BUTT for us!! I was very frustrated!! Still am!! Continued to tell me they were taking a loss also on offering me more than book at $35K. Today I went onto JD Power and rough Adjusted Value is $34,900, CLEAN retail is $41,050. Sounds like they were taking a major loss to me!! You DECIDE!!! I almost forgot, Mark told me that the used car market is down 20% thanks to PUTIN, gas, and we had bad tires and bad brakes hurting the value!! I explained to him that adds to the list of grievances that they sold us a car that had bad brakes and tires cause we put 15,000 miles on it and that isn't enough miles to wear down the brakes or tires!! Long story short if you want to do business with someone that doesn't stand behind a vehicle any better than this go ahead!! We as the consumer and are expected to eat $20,000 with no loss in sight for the business. This is there idea of HELP. IF this is the help YOU want go here!! My cell number is 563 920 2082. Feel free to call with any questions. And Mark I release you to tell ANYONE YOUR side of the story and I will not hold anything against you!! Who knew buying a new car could actually be enjoyable. Michael is a great salesperson who went above and beyond in all areas. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell me. He just wanted help me find the car right for me. They are customer centered, up front and definitely not pushy. I am a very happy customer!
