“Great experience from start to finish.
Bill was great, let is wander and basically try every recliner until the right one was found. No pressure at all. He took our payment and set up delivery. The delivery driver's were incredible. They had no problem putting it upstairs where we wanted it. They plugged it in to test everything and were even a half hour early.
We appreciated everything and tipped em. They were professional and gracious.
We'll definitely be back to shop there again.

“Ross has a lot of hidden gems for good prices. The stock sometimes feels limited and selections can be a hit or miss. When you do find something it is great. Some times it feels like you are rummaging around to find something because of how unorgnaized it is at times though.”

“Stun-ning! I came in here today, just to browse and they have all of their Christmas decorations out and multiple trees decorated. I told the staff I kind of wanted to live there. To have a home decorated the way they show how different rooms can look, it was stunning. I bought a few things and I thought it was very reasonable. If you have a free hour, stop by, especially now when it’s decorated for the holiday. It’s a wonderland!”
