Brought my car in today for a A/C water leak under my glove box. Adam, Cody, and Austin were nothing short of wonderful. Fixed and back on the road in a couple hours. Shuttle service back to my work while they had my car in the shop was a huge plus as well! Thanks guys!

Had a little issue with my kia. Stopped in, and they took it back fixed. We were in and out in no time. Even washed for us. Thanks Cody!

Took my car which was covered under a factory warranty to Kia service department in Hiawatha, because I it was smelling like it was burning. The first time the service department guy did not find anything but topped off my oil. The second time did not find anything and wanted me to leave it over night, which I did. The next day was told they found nothing. This went on for about two months! I took my car in for my scheduled oil change informed the service guy I was still smelling the burning smell. Upon inspection they mysteriously found the leak with video proof! I asked the service guys to check my warranty. He informed me he would. Called and left multiple voicemails with no return call. Three weeks later I schedule my appointment even had the schedule to put notes on my account to check my warranty would cover this work. Husband drops the car off to be serviced and it was not covered my warranty had ended three weeks prior to my appointment! I am still fighting with the service manager Tom to file a claim to get my money reimbursed due to all the times I had come in for the same problem. I even filed a claim with Kia. Please beware! If they are not listening or don’t find anything take your vehicle some where else!

I was charged for a service I didn't ask for and when I'm trying to get the refund for it I can never reach the manager I left messages and he has yet to get in contact with me.

If you need ANYTHING done on your car absolutely stay away from these guys. I came in at 9:30 for my “appointment” and 4 hours later they finally got back to me. No updates no photos no nothing that their “service promise” claims. They charged me $300 to wash my car and tell me a “hose” is broken but they need $700 more to fix it?! It’s a $30 hose. Oh and they charge for use of “specialty tools” that they can’t name. The techs are incredibly rude and condescending. I hate that I even bought a car from McGrath all together. I can’t wait to trade this in. Save yourself the money and find somewhere honest and cheaper.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

1st time Kia owner, 1st time at a Kia dealership. *Made an appointment. Drove 2hrs to have our kia serviced here. Appointment at 10:30am, by 5:30pm our vehicle was not even looked at. Told that "drop-ins" have priority. That could've been mentioned during the initial appointment scheduling. That could've been mentioned during 1 of the 7hrs our kia was here. We left without service.

10 Stars! Jason Murley, for me, has forever broken the mold of the stereotypical car salesman. So much so, I drove 13 hours round trip from Indiana to Iowa to buy a car from him. With 2023 being the last year for the beloved Stinger, I started looking for one. I looked at no less than a dozen different dealerships and spoke to even more salesmen. Luckily, Jason was one of them. Over the course of our discussions Jason set himself apart from all the others by being very personable, and it became clear to me that he had integrity and high principle. Much more so than any salesman I have ever met. And he went the extra mile to help me get exactly the deal I wanted. It's hard to put into words, but my intuition told me Jason was genuine and someone I could trust. You cannot go wrong with buying a car from him. The world needs more Jasons.
