Took about 4 weeks for them to tell me my lawn mower would be $1200 to fix. My lawn mower didn't cost that much brand new, but they were able to bring it back for me free of charge and snapped off some extra parts in the process. A+ work, guys.

Do not come here! Brought my chainsaw to get serviced... they said a week and a half. Two weeks later I call them... they say they are busy... three weeks later, been shipped out... four weeks no call... five weeks been shipped out and again no call to me... week six, I call and ask... manager says it was never shipped out or worked on and really not worth working on really! What the hell... never did a thing to it! I went and picked it up and not a word or offer made to fix the atrocious service I received... DON'T GIVE THEM THE BUSINESS!!!

Brandon was great. I purchased a new Stile chainsaw from him. He was very helpful. The second time I tried to use it, it would not start. He got it fired right up for me.

Was in the store for 5 minutes, got zero help, not even acknowledged (good morning, etc.). Seriously? Was looking to buy in on a commercial-grade zero turn, but I'll take that business and sizeable sale elsewhere.

Don't take your Stihl chainsaw to Hiawatha for service. I took mine there and called to check on it at the end of 2 weeks. I was put on hold for a while then asked for my phone number so they could call me back and give me an update. I never got a call back. At the end of 3 weeks I called again.....same thing, I was put on hold, then asked for my phone number so they could call me back, which they never did. As we approached 4 weeks I called again for an update. I was told they hadn't looked at it yet and they didn't know when they would be able to. I promptly went and took it somewhere else. Very disappointed.6/28 update: Shortly after the reply from P&K below asking me to contact them via email I sent them a message detailing my experience as they requested and I received no reply.
